Can the portal have our own name, domain and branding?
Yes. Your guests see your logo, colours, domain and the name you choose for the portal. Emails go out in your design too.
Who uses the portal?
Two groups: your guests, whether partners, members or clients, who log in to order tickets, and your team, who set up events and follow orders.
How is this different from presale codes in our ticketing system?
A presale code gives access. Conxierge gives each guest a fixed allocation, a branded place to order, and payment by invoice or prepaid credits, while you see every order in one overview.
Does it replace our ticketing system?
No. It sits alongside it and looks after your most important guests.
How do guests pay?
By invoice, or with prepaid credits from a wallet in the portal. You top up each guest's credits and choose per event which options are available.
How long does it take to get started?
Most setups are ready within a few weeks, depending on branding and integrations.
Where is our data stored?
Data is hosted in the EU and handled in line with GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement with every client.
