Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

1. Introduction

DXN Software ApS respects your privacy and protects personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit conxierge.io or contact us, for example by requesting a demo.

2. Data controller

The data controller for this website is DXN Software ApS, Vestergade 48F, 1. th., 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark, VAT DK45857891. You can contact us at [email protected].

This policy covers conxierge.io only. When we run a branded portal for one of our clients, that client is the data controller for its guests' data, and we process it on the client's behalf under a data processing agreement. If you have questions about a portal you have been invited to, please contact the organisation that invited you.

3. Personal data we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or email us, we collect the details you share: name, work email, company, role, type of organisation and anything else you choose to tell us.

Technical information. If you accept statistics cookies, we collect limited technical information through Google Analytics, such as approximate location, browser and device type, and how you use the website. Without your consent, these cookies stay switched off.

4. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo
  • To follow up about a possible collaboration
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, if you have agreed to statistics cookies
  • To keep our systems secure
  • To meet legal obligations

5. Legal basis

  • Legitimate interest, for responding to enquiries, following up and keeping the website secure (GDPR article 6(1)(f))
  • Consent, for statistics cookies (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or share data (GDPR article 6(1)(c))

6. Who we share it with

We use a few trusted providers to run this website and handle enquiries. They process data only on our instructions:

  • Simply.com, which hosts the website in the EU
  • HubSpot, which stores enquiries and handles meeting bookings
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), which shows us how the site is used, only if you agree to statistics cookies
  • Cookiebot by Usercentrics, which asks for and stores your cookie consent

We never sell your data.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers, including HubSpot and Google, may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a possible collaboration, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. How long each cookie lasts is shown in the cookie declaration.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency

Send requests to [email protected].

10. Security

DXN Software ApS uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

11. Cookies

How we use cookies, and how to change your consent, is explained on our cookies page.
